Stay on Track

The last week I wasn't in my normal routine and had to stop doing insanity for a few days. To be Honest I totally missed it! I didn't feel as awake, or energized, and I just felt blah.

Now that we are back home (for a day) I went back into the middle of week two, even though I was on my first day of week 3 if I had not gone to PA. I decided instead of messing up the schedule I would stick to the days that the insanity calendar gives you. Better to do more than less anyway.

Now I feel refreshed and back on track. It is truly amazing what a little (extremely hard) work out can do for the body.

For those of you struggling to stay in your routine, remind yourselves how much better you feel when you do work out and how important it is to you to reach your goals. Before you know it, you will be back on the road to success and will be feeling fantastic in no time!

God Bless and Stay Motivated!

Fighting for Peace

This past week has been quite the ride. My husband and I are in the process of buying a house out of state, and for something we were so excited about it is so easy to get frustrated with the process. The last week I have learned that most professionals..well aren't too professional. We had been lied to and then thrown around like we were dead meat in a lions den. fortunately, the Lord is on our side and gave Jared and I the wisdom to deal with such people. We both had felt like ripping each of their heads off at one point or another but lucky for them we prayed instead. There is something to be said for having patience and keeping your cool. Although I felt angry and annoyed, Jesus, my husband and I worked as a team to make sure we put these people in their places, and received what we wanted. (professionally) We still are waiting to close, but we have found out that our lost time will be rewarded w. a nice chunk of change in our pockets. This isn't just luck. Our praying and making our relationship w. the Lord stronger through out all of this helped the most. It seems as though the more you focus on the Lord, the better things turn out. It is by no means easy, but going through your trials with Jesus is a lot better than alone. We know the Lord is guiding us, and we know the devil is trying to deceive and steel from us. The more we focus on the Lord the harder the devil tries to work against us. Focusing on Jesus and praying together keeps a peace in our hearts. A peace the Devil can not touch or disturb. It is ours because of our relationship with Jesus. Jesus wants to help us through our trial no matter how big or small they may be. If anyone feels lost or feels they need help finding the Lord please don't hesitate to leave a comment here or to send me a message. I am more than willing to help. Have a blessed week!

Wanting

I don't know about you, but to me it seems like people are always wanting. I want this, I want that. I know I am guilty of it. Probably on a daily basis I think about the things I Want.

I think it is great to have goals and to do your best to achieve them, but I also think we need to be more conscious of what others need and what we already have. Being thankful can really change your perspective on life.

I want everyone to give themselves a daily challenge of doing something for someone else, even if it is just a kind word. A little kindness can go a long way.

Don't be shy to help strangers either. You never know who you will bless in your acts of kindness.

That doesn't go to say you should ignore the ones closest to you though. the ones closest to you sometimes need to hear it the most, how much you appreciation and love them.
Stay Motivated and better yourself!
God Bless <3

old emotions

I wrote a piece for my Sister-in-law's published blog the last couple days. It is going to be all about my experience when I found out I was pregnant and how I got through it. I had not realized how emotional I still was about the past situation. I shed a few tears righting it, especially towards the end when I realized how blessed I am after going through such an experience. I hope you all read it and hopefully learn something out of it. I will be posting the link on here when the time comes. But in the mean time you should check out the other woman's pieces. here is the link-
Much Love and God Bless!

Here is a picture of my husband, Wyatt and I and how far we have come together.
