Hey my lovely readers!
For the next 60 days I plan on doing a work out program called Insanity. It was an infomercial I saw while I was still doing the 3am "feeding shift" with Wyatt almost a year ago..and Yes I bought it..(guilty!! haha) I tried to start it and would get to about day 3 and would either get distracted or I was just too lazy to commit.. Which was never like me..I was always the work out fanatic in High School. So recently I had an epiphany that I needed to do the things I always Loved doing before I got into the party scene..Leading to my pregnancy and Marriage..ironic huh? God really does work in mysterious ways.. haha Anyway.. I did start the work out program today (which I will write about in my next blog) But for the next 60 days I am going to write what I am doing..along with showing before and after pictures. And I am also going to tell my readers what they could be doing that day with Diet and Exercise.
Hopefully me blogging about my countdown as well as yours will keep me and you Motivated to stick to this and get our rockin bodies ready for summer!

ps. remember 60 days is Not that long..this is going to fly by and you are going to feel extremely accomplished when you finish! This is going to be a strenuous challenge but I have faith in you! So lets Get Started!!
