So insanity has today as a rest day! I might do some yoga later just to get a good stretch. But if you are following this program take the day off! :-D We all need to rest so our muscles can heal.
Food-
breakfast- whole wheat pankcakes
midmeal- yogurt and granola
lunch-ham sandwich
midmeal- apple w. peanut butter
dinner-Chicken and veggies.
